My package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it. Can I get a replacement?
If a package has been marked delivered but was not received at the address you have entered at checkout, please file a missing package claim through the shipping provider and submit a request through our contact form in order to receive a resolution.
My international tracking has not updated in days. What is going on?
If an international order’s tracking has stopped updating, your package is likely being processed through customs. This can take 1-4 weeks and may require you to handle import fees. Please contact your country’s customs facility or local carrier to inquire about the status of your order.

Important Note: Some customers may have to pay a customs fee on their products upon arrival of their country. This isn’t exclusively a Bright LED Shoes issue but an international shipping one. We are not responsible for any fee you my incur.

What is your returns policy?
We offer hassle free and easy returns. If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size we will be happy to help you and If you find a fault with your led shoes, then please contact us and let us know. We strive for every customer to be happy with their purchase.There is an $8.00 return fee to cover shipping cost.
How do I request an exchange?

What is your warranty?
Bright LED Shoes is committed to providing our customers with high quality products. Shop safely and secure knowing all of our light up shoes batteries come backed by a 90 day warranty. Warranty is effective on the date of purchase and covers our led shoes. If you are having issues you may submit a request using our form. You will then be sent instructions to test your shoes to confirm the battery is the cause of the issue. If we determine that is the cause we will send you a replacement battery which you can easily insert into your shoes.

I want to exchange a product, will you honor the same deal from my original order?
We are always happy to help you get the best possible price, however, we are unable to honor sales that are no longer live on our website if there is a difference in price between the exchanging products. The total credit returned will equal the actual USD spent at checkout, for the item(s) being returned.
