When does my warranty expire?
Warranty expires 365 from date of delivery as stated by shipping carrier.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers the battery that powers our led shoes. In the rare event there is an issue with your shoes you can submit a request using our form. You will then be sent instructions to to confirm the the cause of the issue. If we determine that is the case we will send you a replacement part which you can easily insert into your shoes.
How long does a request take?
Once approved a replacement part may takes 5-7 days for delivery.
What you must do to obtain our Worry-Free Warranty service?
You can easily submit your claim using our return form here. We will follow up with further instructions.
Can you refuse a warranty request?
Yes we reserve the right to deny any replacement warranty request where we determine it is an abuse of our policy. Defects that have resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification are not covered. There is a one time limit on all warranty request.
This warranty is void if the product is not purchased from an authorized reseller or if you can not furnish proof of purchase from our website or an authorized reseller.
