Return Policy

You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase.

For Returns: It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Bright LED Shoes. Using our returns/exchange form below you can quickly process your return and we will send you a return label. When sending shoes back the customer is required to pay for shipping. We will generate the label for you and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For Exchanges: When sending shoes back the customer is required to pay for shipping unless we determine that it was our error thus you are not liable for shipping cost. We will  send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package and inspecting the item within 2-3 days. We will notify you if the item you selected is out of stock.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

1. The item(s) have been visibly worn or washed
2. The item(s) have been altered
3. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original condition
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Clearance or Final Sale item
6. Return package postmarked any later than 7 days from the delivery date confirmation of your shipment.

Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:

1. Pack the unworn items with your email confirmation or printed receipt – we cannot exchange or refund without it
2. Scroll down to go to our Refund/Exchange form to process your claim.

Refunds: Upon receiving your return,we will processes your return within 72 hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for purchase or as store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

A restocking fee of 15% per item  is applied for all returned packages. This fee may be waived at our discretion after reviewing your order.
