Extend the warranty on your shoes. Our two year warranty covers your light up shoes parts. Should the battery that powers your led shoes stop functioning we will send you a replacement which you can easily replace in your shoes.

DETAILS
With our Led shoes you can choose between different color lights and modes to create the effect you want. This is done by pressing the red button on the inside of the sneaker or using a remote depending on the model. Click it repeatedly until you get the color/effect you want.

These are the colors available:

RED, GREEN, BLUE, YELLOW, AQUA, PINK, WHITE.

You may select these modes:

SOLID – Lights stay on in one color

RUN – Lights circle in one color

STROBE – Lights flash quickly in different colors

AUTO – Light flashes in different colors in all modes

FLASH – Lights flash quickly in one color white

FADE – Lights flash slowly in different colors

Light up sneakers can be easily charge with the usb cable included. On full charge they last about 5-6 hours depending on the modes and colors used.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have an easy return and exchange process. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange using our form.

FOR REFUND:

If your item is in unworn condition with tags still attached you may request a refund. We will send you a prepaid shipping label which will be deducted from your return as a restocking fee.

FOR EXCHANGE:

If you would like to exchange size you may do so by filling out our returns form. Once approved you will send the shoes back to us and ww will issue you a replacement.

EXTENDED WARRANTY: In the rare event your shoes stop working within 365 days from date of delivery we will send you a replacement battery or a new pair of shoes whichever we decide is the best option.

How long is your processing time?
Once your order has been placed, Please allow 24-72 hours for us to pack, fully charge, and inspect your shoes.
How do I choose the right size?
Please guide yourself by the size chart according to your foot length. it’s recommended to order the next size up if you are in between sizes. For example if you are a size 8.5 select a 9.
Will they overcharge if plugged in too long?
No the batteries have a built in protection system to protect them from charging damage.
How do you clean led shoes?
Do not submerge your light up sneakers in water or use a washing machine when cleaning them. You may use a clean lightly damped cloth for any stubborn dirt. Be careful not to use rags that will scratch the outside surface, and do not use chemicals as that can distort the color/shine.
Are the light up shoes waterproof?
The shoes batteries are protected from water but we do not recommend wearing them in heavy rain or submerging them in water as it may cause damage to the lights
How do the led lights work?
There are different options for selecting each light mode and different colors at a time. You may choose between five different modes: Solid,Flash,Fade, Pulse, Strobe and Seven colors: Red,Green,Blue,Yellow,Aqua,Pink,White and Purple.
Where is the switch button located on the led shoes?
The button is on the inside of the shoes and depending on the model you may also use the remote conteol to turn on and off the sneakers.
How wide are these led shoes?
Depending on the model they may fit differently. Our shoes have a medium fit but our fiber optic style can also fit wide feet as the material is more strechy.
How can I track my package?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or excahnge. If you would like to exchange your shoes we will be happy to help you or if you are not satisfied with your purchase just return the shoes back to us for a refund. Warranty is effective on the date of purchase and covers our led shoes. If you are having issues you may submit a request using our form. You will then be sent instructions to test your shoes to confirm the battery is the cause of the issue. If we determine that is the cause we will send you a replacement battery which you can easily insert into your shoes.
