How do I choose the right size?
Our shoes run true to size and are available in whole sizes only. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For example if you are a size 8.5 select a 9. Use our
size chart for exact measurements.
Will they overcharge if plugged in too long?
We recommend unplugging your shoes once fully charged (typically under 2 hours) to preserve battery lifespan over time.
How do you clean light up shoes?
Use a damp cloth to gently wipe away dirt or surface grime. Avoid washing machines and submerging your shoes in water, as this can damage the internal battery and wiring.
Are light up shoes waterproof?
No, our shoes are not waterproof. Submerging them in water may damage the battery and lights.
How do the led lights work?
Press the button located inside the shoe (or use the included remote, depending on the model) to cycle through 7 colors and 4 lighting modes: Solid, Run, Strobe, and Auto.
Where is the light switch button located?
The button is located inside each shoe, near the ankle. Select styles also support remote control operation from up to three feet away.
How wide are these led shoes?
Our shoes are designed with a standard width fit. If you have a wide foot, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
