Materials & Care
We recommend only hand washing to protect and prevent damage to the battery and lights.
- Gently remove loose dirt using a dry, soft-bristled shoe brush, cloth, or sponge. Remove laces and wash separately by hand in a mixture of warm water and baking soda.
- Use a slightly damp cloth and gently wipe in circular motions to get into the small grooves of the knit material.
- Air dry your shoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or a heat source like a radiator.

A note on lighter colors: if dirt or mud is left on for too long, it’s more likely to leave a mark. The quicker you clean the spot, the easier it’ll be to keep your shoes looking fresh.
Never clean light up shoes using a washing machine or by submerging them in water — this will damage the LED lights and battery inside.
Our shoes aren’t certified as non-slip. That said, all our collections are designed with a rubber sole to help with traction.
Our light up shoes are designed in New York and manufactured in China or Vietnam. We make a point of partnering with factories that align with our core values and meet strict safety standards.

Please allow 24-72 hours Mon-Fri for us to pack and inspect your shoes.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Returns & Warranty

No. Return shipping is free for both refunds and exchanges within the USA, and refunds are never deducted for shipping costs.
All Bright LED Shoes are backed by a 1-year warranty from your date of delivery, covering battery defects. Visit our warranty page to submit a claim.
Yes, gifts can be returned for an exchange only. Please submit your request through our Returns and Exchanges page.

Yes, our shoes are true to size. We offer whole sizes only. If you wear a half size, choose the next size up—use our size chart guide to find your best fit.
