Troubleshooting

  • Remote isn’t responding: Make sure the plastic film has been removed from the battery compartment, then re-pair by turning your shoes on first and pressing ON on the remote.
  • Shoes won’t pair with the remote: Turn the shoes off and on again using the internal button, then immediately press ON on the remote to re-sync.
  • Lights are dim or unresponsive: Your shoes may need to be recharged—connect the USB split cable to a power source for up to two hours.
  • Remote works intermittently: Stay within three feet of your shoes for the most reliable connection, or replace the coin cell battery if the signal continues to weaken.
