A: Please guide yourself by the size chart according to your foot length. it’s recommended to order the next size up if you are in between sizes. Example: if you are a size 6.5 select a size 7.

A: Our warehouses are located across the United States and Hong Kong. Depending on the shipping destination and availability of your item we ship from different places but shipping time does not change.

A: Bright LED Shoes is committed to providing our customers with high quality products. Shop safely and secure knowing all of our light up shoes batteries come backed by a 1 year warranty. Warranty is effective on the date of purchase and covers our led shoes batteries. If you are having issues you may submit a request using our exchange form. You will then be sent instructions to test your shoes to confirm the battery is the cause of the issue. If we determine that is the cause we will send you a replacement battery which you can easily insert into your shoes.
