How long is your processing time?
We process orders Monday – Friday. Please allow 24-72 hours for us to pack, fully charge, and inspect your shoes.
How do I choose the right size?
Please guide yourself by the size chart according to your foot length. it’s recommended to order the next size up if you are in between sizes. For example if you are a size 8.5 select a 9.
Will they overcharge if plugged in too long?
No the batteries have a built in protection system to protect them from charging damage.
How should they be cleaned?
Do not submerge your light up sneakers in water or use a washing machine when cleaning them. You may use a clean lightly damped cloth for any stubborn dirt. Be careful not to use rags that will scratch the outside surface, and do not use chemicals as that can distort the color/shine.
Are they waterproof?
The shoes batteries are protected from water but we do not recommend wearing them in heavy rain or submerging them in water as it may cause damage to the lights
How do the lights work?
There are different options for selecting each light mode and different colors at a time. It does not have the option of you to control the lights by walking or dancing. You may choose between five different modes and seven colors: Red,Green,Blue,Yellow,Aqua,Pink,White and Solid,Flash,Fade, Pulse, Strobe .
Is the switch button inside or outside?
The button is on the inside of the shoes and depending on the model you may use the included remote to turn on and off the sneakers.
How wide are these shoes?
Depending on the model they may fit differently. Our shoes have a medium fit but our fiber optic style can also fit wide feet as the material is more strechy.
Is there a weight limit?
Our shoes are designed to withstand up to 350lbs

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If you would like to exchange your shoes we will be happy to help you or if you are not satisfied with your purchase just return the shoes back to us for a refund. We strive for every customer to be happy with their purchase.

What is your 365 day warranty?
Bright LED Shoes is committed to providing our customers with high quality products. Shop safely and secure knowing all of our light up shoes batteries come backed by a 365 day warranty. Warranty is effective on the date of purchase and covers our led shoes. If you are having issues you may submit a request using our form. You will then be sent instructions to test your shoes to confirm the battery is the cause of the issue. If we determine that is the cause we will send you a replacement battery which you can easily insert into your shoes.

Warranty is effective on the date of delivery. Our warranty covers the battery that powers our led shoes. If your lights are no longer working you can submit a return request using our form. You will then be sent instructions to test your shoes to confirm the battery is the cause of the issue. If we determine that is the case we will send you a replacement battery which you can easily insert into your shoes.
